Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele (BBV) was responsible for the site development plans for a mixed use redevelopment of Downtown Patchogue including 291 rental units and 36,150 sf of commercial space throughout 5 buildings. Our services included extensive surveying, planning and engineering design services for a zone change application with variances and site plan application for the construction process.  This project also included the redevelopment of a half-acre parcel to the north side and roadway design improvements to adjacent streets.
