Barrett, Bonacci & Van Weele (BBV) providedcivil engineering and surveying services for the preparation of site surveys and engineering plans. This included subdivision & lease mapping, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, detailed architectural surveys, site grading and drainage plans.  Additional services include construction services for layout of the building, and site features including drainage, utilities and curb.  The project required extensive coordination with the property owner, Brinker International, and other members of the design team to meet detail requirements and project milestones.
